Policies that apply to your ticket
In support of a greener economy, Air Turks and Caicos is a 'ticketless' airline, meaning that no paper ticket is issued. Upon receipt of payment you will be issued an electronic receipt with your travel and payment details. We recommend you print and carry a copy of this receipt with you when traveling.
Credit Card Security - Your credit card details are processed through our secure processing site, and are not shared with any other business for any purpose. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we may share your information when legally required.
Credit Card Acceptance - We accept major credit cards, and the credit card holder must be one of the passengers in the record locator. We accept credit cards issued in countries as specified during the booking process. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the 'Purchase Now' button. If you do not have a credit card, you may choose to pay in cash while visiting one of our offices or your travel professional. If you wish to arrange for collection of a ticket in a country other than your country of departure, you will need to contact one of our local offices to make the booking and arrange payment and ticketing. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling and the same card must be carried at the time of travel. It may be required for verification and obtaining signature on a credit card charge form at check in time.
Name Changes - Air Turks & Caicos does not permit passenger name changes.
Date Changes - After ticketing, there will be a $25.00 service fee for each change that requires ticket reissue. After ticketing, changes to restrictive fares will incur a $35.00 change fee for Domestic itineraries and a $100 change fee for International itineraries. Please note some new itineraries may also incur additional collection.
Itinerary Changes - After ticketing, changes that require ticket reissuance will incur change fees and possibly additional collection.
Privacy Policy - Any personal information that you have given to Air Turks and Caicos is for the purposes of processing your travel arrangements, developing and providing services, facilitating immigration and entry procedures, and making available such data to government agencies if necessary, in connection with your travel. By use of this website or entering your personal information you authorize Air Turks and Caicos to retain such information and to transmit it to our own office, other carriers, travel service provider, organisations which provide services to Air Turks and Caicos, various law enforcement agencies and governments around the world for security, customs and immigration purpose.
