2. Fill it out and fax it back to (649) 941-5563,
or scan and email it to res@flyairtc.com along with photocopies of the front and back of your credit card.
3. Receive an email confirmation from our Customer Service Department

Lost Tickets

When a Customer loses a ticket, or a portion of his ticket, he will be required to purchase another ticket at the appropriate fare before transportation will be furnished between points covered by the lost ticket. There will be no refund or replacement of a lost ticket
